We’re always looking for new ways to serve our eco-conscious Millennial Customers.

That’s why we were one of the first UAE brands to acquire a tesla fleet for guest transportation. We’ve replaced single-use plastics with natural fibers and installed an in-house glass bottling plant to further eliminate plastic waste. From 2020, the hotel has reduced Utility Cost Per Occupied Room by 37%, and between January-September 2022 over 2021, grew revenue 32%, while Hotel Utility Costs fell by 1.3% as a percentage of revenue.
