Our Story

The successful story of FIVE was started in 2010, when we invested real estate proceeds in a distressed project in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) called Bahar 4. We anticipated the recovery phase following the Global Financial Crisis and acquired the entire tower . In six months, we sold all units in the tower at 46% profit. And then, there was no looking back.

2013 - Acquisition of land plot of FIVE Oalm Jumeirah Hotel

2014 - 2016 Acquired another land plot for five jumeirah village & Five jumeirah acheived AED2.5bn sales

2017 - SKAI was rebranded as five group & opening of five palm jumeirah

2018 five palm jumeirah became leader among its peers on the palm jumeirah island

2020 - robust performance over covid-19 lockdown & acquired distressed hotel property in zurich switzerland

2021 - Acquired the last available plot on JBR to build five luke opening in 2023

2022 - Five's international operations commence with the opening of five zurich

2023 - expected opening of five luxe, iconic 5-star hotel in dubai
